Gorgeous vintage suits of gabardine and wool-1920's through today.

Click image to enlarge	1960's cobalt-blue "Desmond's Southern California" wool knit suit with either a silver fox or a gray mink collar. This is a super classy suit. The jacket has a classic Jackie O. cut with vertical bust darts, lovely topstitching, and a large band at the waist. There are fabric-covered buttons down the front. The collar can be buttoned all the way up as shown in the photos, or it can also be worn unbuttoned, like a shirt collar. Both pieces are lined in rayon crepe. The skirt is darted for a snug fit, and has a flat waistband and zippered closure. Jacket measures: bust is 38", waist is 37", length is 20", sleeves are 3/4 length. Click image to enlarge	Fabulous "Debshire" 1960's woven plaid suit. I don't know exactly what the fabric is but it may be cotton or a soft, silky wool. It really is a nicely-made suit with a tailored jacket to fit snugly at the waist. It has lovely square metal buttons down the front, square front lapel pockets, and a cute, slightly rounded collar. The skirt has two large box pleats in the front and a zipper closure at the side. The colors are classy burnt orange, fuchsia, charcoal, and lipstick-red. It has a very sophisticated look that can even look contemporary. Both pieces are fully lined and in like new condition. Jacket measures: bust is 38", waist is 36", length is 20", sleeves are 14" from under arm to wrist. Skirt measures: waist is 26", length is 24". Click image to enlarge	Absolutely to-die-for, 1960's deep lemon-yellow velveteen suit by "Tudor Square." It comes complete with the original matching belt with a pewter buckle. The jacket has a fold-back collar with three antiqued gold filigree buttons down the front, two faux lapel pockets, and bust darts. The skirt is straight with a zippered closure. Both pieces are lined and in fabulous condition. Jacket: bust is 38", waist is 36", length is 22", sleeves are 14". Skirt: waist is 24", hips are 38", length is 25". Click image to enlarge	Graceful ivory satin suit with a raised, tone-on-tone damask rose design. The jacket is open for wearing a lacy camisole underneath. It has a simple, boxy cut, but somehow exudes elegance. The skirt is straight with a zippered closure. Both pieces are lined in ivory satin, and are in excellent condition. Click image to enlarge	Adorable 3-piece brown and white woven 1960's mod scooter girl outfit. Both the skirt and the vest/top zip up the front and have a large, retro silver ring pull. The outfit comes complete with a scarf for cooler weather. Wear in the winter with a long sleeved blouse, tights and boots, and in the spring and fall with a lightweight blouse or t-shirt. The skirt and scarf have a fringed bottom. Label reads: "An Original Playmaker By Mannie Fineman California." All pieces are in excellent condition. Top measures 34" at the bust and is 26" long. Click image to enlarge	Marvelous 1960's mohair and wool, sweater knit skirt and top in a deep, rich turquoise. It was made by "Knitwear by Glasgo LTD." The top buttons closed with large, fashioned buttons and the neck has a tie. The busts have a single dart and sleeves are 3/4 length. The skirt has a wide ribbed design while the top is smooth. The skirt has an elastic waist and flared out. Both pieces are mint and it looks lovely on. There is quite a bit of stretch to it, but my measurements are taken with the garment lying flat without stretching or tugging. Top: bust is 40", waist is 36", length is 22". Click image to enlarge	Stunning vintage suit in deep charcoal grey. The jacket is boxy with a spectacular show of craftsmanship at the pockets. They are intricately cut and finished in a unique design. The fabric feels like a lightweight wool and rayon blend, but there are no tags to be certain. It has a very unusual pattern that reminds me of a honeycomb. It is in mint condition, and perfect for the office, or when you want to look like you just walked off the set of an old movie. It is classy!! Bust will fit up to 40" waist up to 38", length is 20", and the sleeves are 16 1/2". The skirt measures 27" in the waist, 41" hips, and is 27" long. Click image to enlarge	Vintage 70's Pendleton plaid suit in red, gray, navy, and hunter-green tartan plaid. It is made of wool and both pieces are lined in navy satin. The jacket has a large 70's cut collar, three-button front and two front pockets. The pants are not particularly flared at the bottom, so you could easily wear this wonderful outfit to the office. The pants have a zippered and button back closure and a 1 1/4" hem. Jacket measurements: Bust is 41", waist is 38", length is 26", sleeves are 15 1/2" from under arm to wrist. Pants measurements: Waist is slightly elastic and fits 33" to 35", hips (9" from waist) are 44", inseam is 27". Both pieces are mint/like new. Close Up Close Up ITEM # DIG-54 $45.00
Click image to enlarge	Fabulous 2-piece ensemble by "Silverado." It is totally constructed of soft, sultry, mustard-colored suede for that country cowgirl look. The top buttons from the left side of the neck down to the lower left armpit. The skirt is long and flares slightly past the hips. It is a gorgeous set, in near mint condition. Near the buttons on the skirt waist, is a small, faint pen mark, as you can see in the photo. Of course, if the shirt is worn, you don't see the mark. It is relatively small and light anyhow. Ladies size 8. Please check the measurements because in my findings, size really means very little -- it's the actual measurements the really count. Click image to enlarge	Awesome vintage beaded suit by "Victoria Royal Ltd." It is like carnival glass with each bead having a rainbow effect. They are a deep blue in color, and give off a host of colors in the light. The jacket and skirt are completely covered with glass tube beads, and a 4-line trim of beads around the edges, collar, waist, sleeves, and hem. It is a size 4, but please check the measurements carefully. The only notable problem is that where the hooks are at the waist to close it, are a few (about 4) missing beads. This will not be seen because it is behind the closure. Please note that the black camisole is not included. The jacket is meant to be worn open and does not have any means of closure.
