HOW TO ORDER

If you wish to place an order by phone,
please call during
regular business hours:
Monday -  Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Mountain time

OR

You can place an order using our order form any time, 24 hours a day.

Sorry, but we don't distribute a catalog.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO AFRICA

1.  Look for the "order form" button at the very top of any page.

2.  Read the disclaimer and then fill in the order form.  Be sure to include all of the information so your order can be processed as quickly as possible.

3.  Press "SUBMIT" once you have filled in the order form completely.

4.  Depending on your browser, you will get one of the following.

     a.  A "THANK YOU PAGE"

     b.  directed to sending an email

     c. nothing at all

     d.  an error message

5.  We try very hard to make our forms compatible with all browsers, but that is almost an impossible task.  This doesn't mean that your order didn't go through, however.  99% of the time, it does go through, no matter what message you receive.

6.  You should receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours, assuming it is during regular business hours.  If we are super busy, it may take slightly longer, but most of the time,  you will get a confirmation email from us almost immediately.

7.  You will receive a total, including all shipping charges in the confirmation email.  All shipments are based on weight and shipping destination, so we can't give a shipping total until we can weigh your item(s) and figure out the shipping cost to your zip code destination.

8.  If you don't hear back from us within a reasonable time, please feel free to call us during regular business hours as stated below.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept Visa & M/C, American Express, personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks.  Due to popular request, we also accept payments through Paypal.   Personal checks must clear our bank before shipping.

ALL shipping/postage fees are the sole responsible of the customer.

Payments being sent through the United States Mail system must be received within five (5) days.  After five days, the item(s) will be put back up for sale without further notice.

RETURN POLICY

There will be a restocking fee of 10% on all returns.

Please take advantage of our measurements page so you are certain about your purchase and your measurements.   We do not issue refunds for size-related issues!  We are very careful to give accurate measurements and it is up to you to measure a similar garment that you wear frequently to compare our measurements against your own.  If the item doesn't fit when you receive it - you still own it!

We do not issue refunds for color related issues, since every monitor can vary in color display, and we have no control of what color your monitor displays when you view an item.  We are careful to describe the color of the item in the description.

We will not accept returns or issue refunds or credits for lingerie, bathing suits, discounted and sale items  This includes items purchased with a discount coupon.

Curbside Couture reserves the right to refuse the return of any item if we determine that it has been worn, damaged, or altered. 

All of the above and the below conditions must be met in their entirety, in order to receive a refund or an exchange. 

1.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 24 hours after you have received the item.  There will be no refunds if you fail to contact us within 24 hours.  After the 24-hour period and up to three days after receipt, only store credits will be issued. 

2.  The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was when it was shipped to you. 

3.  If you are returning an item, it must reach us within seven (7) days from the day we shipped it to you. 

4.   Please do not ship the item without notifying us first.   We will not accept a return unless we have been notified before you ship it back to us.

5.  When returning an item, it must be insured for the full value.

6.  Postage and insurance fees are non-refundable and all postage fees are paid by the customer.
