We are a second-hand business, selling previously-owned items.  Unless the item states that it is new and has never been worn, all items should be considered second hand and not new.

Because modern clothing sizes are so different from vintage sizes, we include exact measurements of each piece of clothing, but will no longer include stated or approximate sizes in any descriptions except with NEW clothing.  You must know your own measurements and compare them to ours so that you are sure the item will fit.  If you are not sure of your measurements, we are available anytime by email or phone, during regular business hours, to assist you.  We will happily return your call if we are not available when you call. 

We can no longer offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for clothing simply because the item doesn't fit. 

Unless the item is new and we state specifically that there are other sizes available, you are purchasing the exact item in the description with the exact measurements stated.

 We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on any item unless you have made prior arrangements with me (Kelley).  I am willing to work with each of you for your specific needs, but you must contact me and make these arrangements before your purchase, otherwise, there will be absolutely no refunds and no exceptions.  All sales are final.

There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges on layaway items, sale items, lingerie, or items purchased using a coupon.
