It is sleeveless and features a rounded stand-up collar, 2" wide snap-close belt with silver buckle and two 20 1/2" slits on the sides of the dress. The colors are bright jewel tones of turquoise, sapphire and emerald in a diamond-checkered pattern interwoven with silver thread. This is a fantastic dress. It is in excellent condition. Wearing this incredible vintage 1970's hot coral beauty will make you feel like you're a movie star at the Academy Awards. A slinky, tight turtleneck accented with 5 matching buttons at the back, cutaway armholes, an empire-waist and a 10" long back opening add up to a dress that will definitely turn heads! Faye Dunaway would be jealous! Soft, slinky fabric feels like polyester. It is in very good condition - the hem has been turned up and could either be resewn or taken out to the original length. Click image to enlarge	Fabulous vintage 1970s maxi dress in what feels like 100% polyester. It is shrimp colored and has an allover floral design in turquoise, white, caramel and chocolate. It has a large pointed collar and 5 fabric covered decorative buttons that go down to the empire waist. A U-shaped bodice features same fabric ties that go from the center of the bodice at empire waist level and tie around the back of the dress. The long skirt falls beautifully to the floor from 6 pleats just below the empire waist. The sleeves are fantastic! They are semi-sheer polyester and flow from the shoulders to wide flowing cuffs trimmed with a ruffle. The back of the dress has a long zipper. It is quite a snug fitting item and is in excellent condition - a collectors' item. Click image to enlarge	This banana yellow vintage late 1970's formal emphasizes the waistline. It has puffy sleeves and it's slightly off-the-shoulder affect gives it an elegant look. The fabric drapes across the bosom which adds dimension to the top part of your body. The under lining of this dress is a sleek polyester; the outer layer is a sheer material with a slight wrinkle affect to it. There is slight thread damage to the end of the dress and the end of the puff sleeves but is not noticeable because of the design of the dress. Click image to enlarge	Gorgeous polyester knit, deep forest green dress with a matching cape trimmed in marabou feathers. The dress has an empire waist with pleated bust cups and a zippered back. The photos make it look like there is some glitter, but that is just the flash on the camera. It has a slight sheen, but it isn't glittery. The cape or duster jacket has a collar and a keyhole front and is trimmed in green marabou feathers. There is a little area near the front right bottom that the feathers need to be fastened, but it is in great condition otherwise. Late 1960's, retro elegance. Made by DOLPHIN, and in excellent condition. It feels like acrylic, and is very stretchy. It has a zippered back and is perfect for special occasions like the holidays, parties, events, and the awards. Click image to enlarge	Awesome, elegant, late 50's or early1960's ball gown in a pinkish purple sheer lace overlay, purple netting underneath for fullness, and a purple silky satin lining. There is a gorgeous satin cummerbund front and bustle in the back. The only problem I see is that the sash has some really tiny areas where it looks like snags or possibly pin pricks where a brooch was used. These are miniscule, and will not be noticed. I just happened to look really closely and see them. It has a zippered closure in the back and a sexy fitted bodice. This would make a great wedding dress or gown for a special event. Bust is 34". Click image to enlarge	Fabulous vintage Emma Domb emerald-green pastel georgette gown with an elegant 1930's look with a gathered waist draping to the left side of the gown and falling into a soft cascade. The lining is deep olive with a hint of a shimmery orange. The gather at the waist is adorned with a vintage brooch studded with rhinestones, and a zippered back. It has never been worn and still bears the original tags and swatches, however, there are two small areas on the back where I caught the fabric in the zipper, and the other area looks like two small pinholes. These are small and unremarkable, and if you chose to repair them, they would be very easy repairs. It would make a beautiful evening gown for any occasion, but because of the green, it would make an elegant Christmas gown. Christmas seems like a long way off, but it's always good to think ahead.
